Meaning of the symbol
The symbol depicts three people — the mediator and two parties — joining hands to form a single circle.
From conflict to reconciliation, the circulating circle represents trust and resolution without winners or losers.
The three colours (indigo, blue, and teal) express the balance of professionalism, communication, and inclusion — neutrality and equal participation.
"From dispute to reconciliation."
