- Education center — Mediation & Negotiation, Refresher, Ethics (courses publish as they're authored).
- Certificate issuance — mediator registration (instant) and disciplinary record (manual review).
- Certificate verification — anyone can verify authenticity via the public verify code.
- AI mediation/negotiation simulation (preparing to launch).
Next Steps
From 2027 onwards the Institute plans to roll out a mediator certification scheme and training programmes in stages. Details are announced quarterly in line with the business plan.
