We welcome MOUs with institutions and companies that share the Institute's mission. This page describes priority partner areas, the timeline, and how to express interest.
Current status
MOU pipeline in progress
From May to September 2026 — immediately after launch — the Institute is pursuing first MOUs with priority partners. Once concluded, the partner list will be published here.
Priority Partners
Priority 1
Courts and Court Mediation Centers
Practical cooperation and personnel exchange with the mediation centers of Seoul Central District Court, Seoul Southern District Court, Daejeon District Court, and other courts.
Priority 1
Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB)
Cooperation on international arbitration and mediation, joint seminars and document exchange.
Priority 2
Law Schools
Academic research and lecture cooperation with universities where members are based — Sogang, Sungkyunkwan, Chung-Ang and others.

Public & Administrative Agencies
The Korea Legal Aid Corporation, Industrial Property Rights Mediation Committee, Medical Dispute Mediation Committee, and others.
Priority 3
International ADR Bodies
Exchange with overseas dispute-resolution bodies such as IMI (International Mediation Institute) and CIArb.
Priority 3
Private Sector & Law Firms
Practical cooperation with corporate in-house dispute resolution functions and law-firm ADR practice groups.
