Resolutions

Resolution 01

Adoption of the Articles of Association
The foundational rules on the Institute's purpose, activities, membership, officers, general meeting and finances were adopted.

Resolution 02

Election of Officers
Elected 1 President, 4 Senior Vice Presidents, 3 Vice Presidents, 11 Directors, and 1 Auditor.

Resolution 03

2026 Business Plan approved
Approved five priority initiatives: incorporation, website, Mediation Framework Act task force, training MOUs, and SAF.

Resolution 04

2026 Budget approved
Approved a budget of KRW 60,800,000 in revenue, KRW 48,100,000 in expenditure, and KRW 12,700,000 in surplus.
